WARM UP DRILL:     (work this drill at your GOAL & PUSH speeds)

Must have a handkey and paddle.  First send "S" a few times. Then send "H" a 
few times on the handkey. NOW send "S" and "H" on the Paddle. After this 
feels good then try to send "5" with the handkey a few time inbetween "H." 
Once you feel good about your sending do the DIT EXERCISE (below)...

Did she see his fees?
This is she.
N5SHS is his call.
Is NS5H hers?
She is HH5HHS.
Did she see these?
He is in these trees.
